The Back Cove Neighborhood Association will hold a neighborhood meeting on Monday, April 10, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Cheverus High School. Portland Mayor Jim Cohen will speak and take questions concerning issues affecting the City and our neighborhood. Everyone welcome. Childcare provided. Back Cove Neighborhood Association

The BCNA represents and advocates for the residents and businesses of the Back Cove neighborhood in city, state and school affairs. Two membership meetings are scheduled each year, with an annual meeting in December and an outdoor social meeting in June. Additionally, the Executive Board meets quarterly, with all members invited to attend. The BCNA's six standing committees are: Traffic and Safety, City Services, Schools, Open Space and Recreation, Community Involvement and Membership.
